• Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exact. 

3. Shipping, Deliveries, and Title

• Carrier: Deliveries are primarily handled via Australia Post.
• Risk: The risk of loss passes to you once the product leaves our Southport premises. Title passes once full payment is received. 
• Addresses: We deliver Australia-wide. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

• The Window: You have 90 days (3 months) from the date of receipt to request a refund.
• The Process: Return all remaining product and packaging (even empty bottles) to:

5. User-Generated Content & Reviews

We love hearing about your journey. If you post a review or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use and share that feedback to help others. We reserve the right to remove any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property.
